各省,、自治區(qū),、直轄市高級人民法院，解放軍軍事法院,，新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)高級人民法院生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團分院：
黨的十八大以來,，人民法院在以習近平同志為核心的黨中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，持續(xù)深化司法體制改革,，深入開展國際司法交流合作,，中國特色社會主義司法制度更加成熟更加定型，我國司法國際形象和影響力不斷提升。 人民法院組織法,、 法官法修訂完成后,，一些司法改革最新成果的英譯文亟待確定。隨著更高層次改革開放加速推進,，國際司法交流合作日益深入,，涉外案件和司法協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)穩(wěn)步增長，更有必要進一步規(guī)范人民法院組織結(jié)構(gòu),、職務(wù)名稱,、工作場所的英譯文。
為落實習近平總書記關(guān)于加強我國國際傳播能力建設(shè)的重要指示,，推進對外法治宣傳,，講好中國法治故事，完善新時代人民法院的國際交流合作,、涉外案件審判機制,，推動形成更高層次改革開放新格局，最高人民法院經(jīng)廣泛征求意見,，就人民法院組織機構(gòu),、職務(wù)名稱、工作場所的英譯文作出規(guī)范,，現(xiàn)印發(fā)給你們,。請在國際交流合作、涉外案件審理,、雙語標識制作中結(jié)合實際遵照執(zhí)行,。《關(guān)于規(guī)范法院名稱及法院工作人員職務(wù)英譯文的通知》（法外〔2004〕230號）同時廢止,。
