Injuries The wiring harness could become damaged where it is in contact with part of the steering column assembly. If this happened, a short circuit may occur. Potential safety-related consequences include deactivation or malfunction of the windscreen wipers, the headlamps, and/or the horn. Engine stalling may also occur.
