說明：某些新鮮水果或蔬菜（FFV）必須經(jīng)過分級,，才能在加拿大的進口或省際貿(mào)易中進行銷售,。加拿大食品檢驗局（CFIA）在經(jīng)過引用而納入（IbR）的“加拿大等級綱要”文件中維護和執(zhí)行新鮮水果或蔬菜等級和要求：第2卷——新鮮水果或蔬菜”，納入加拿大食品安全法規(guī)（SFCR）
加拿大食品檢驗局提議現(xiàn)代化并協(xié)調(diào)涉及新鮮水果或蔬菜質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)有等級要求,，并針對某些商品引入新的等級標準,。此次咨詢將分階段加以進行，以便征求對新鮮水果或蔬菜等級和要求進行擬議變更的反饋意見,。每個階段將專注于不同的商品類別,。每個階段的咨詢工作都將會發(fā)出通知。
