The legislations of China Compulsory Certification (CCC) are Product Quality Law, The Import and Export Commodity Inspection Law, Standardization Law,，The Regulation Concerning Management of Compulsive Product Certification, and The Administration of Compulsive Product Certification. According to The Regulation Concerning Management of Compulsive Product Certification, the products in the catalog of compulsory certification must gain the China Compulsory Certification before they can be marketed, imported or used for any commercial purposes. The audio and video products are one of catalogue-covered products.
