Certification procedure

According to CNCA-01C-017:2001, The Implementation of Compulsory Certification for Electrical and Electronic Products—Audio and Video Equipment, the certification procedure for audio and video products are: ①certification application; ②type testing; ③ initial inspection; ④evaluation and approval of certification results; ⑤ supervision after certification.
The documents to be submitted to apply for certification include:
l Documents for the applicant;
l Electrical schematics and/or system block diagram;
l Critical components and/or the main raw material inventories;
l Maintenance manual and user manual in Chinese;
l Chinese nameplate and warning marks;
l Description of the differences among various models within the same unit;
l Documents for other applicant;
l Relevant contract copies of sellers and manufactures or importers and manufactures;
l Letter of authorization, the copy of commission contract, and other relevant copies of contract.
