Network Access License

For communications equipment manufacturers and importers, applying for communications equipment to access the public telecommunication networks in China, must comply with national laws, regulations and policies. For terminal equipment, radio transmission equipment and other related network interconnection equipment, who intend to communicate on China’s public telecom network, must have Network Access License (NAL).
For telecommunications terminal equipment, wireless LAN products, must have China Compulsory Certification (CCC). All the products capable of transmitting radio signals require compulsory radio type approval before being sold or imported into China. In order to enter into Chinese market, Communication equipment must satisfy the product safety requirement, electromagnetic compatibility, telecom performance and radio spectrum management requirements, as well as electronic information products pollution control and management requirements.
