歐盟食品標(biāo)簽法規(guī)匯總　

歐盟有關(guān)食品標(biāo)簽的法規(guī)采取了兩種立法體系,，“橫向”體系的法規(guī)，規(guī)定了適用于多種食品的標(biāo)簽通用要求,?！翱v向”體系的法規(guī)，針對(duì)的是各種特定食品,，比如果汁,、牛肉、食糖、蜂蜜,、酒類等食品的標(biāo)簽的法規(guī),。

　一、歐盟食品標(biāo)簽橫向法規(guī)（適用于多種食品的標(biāo)簽通用要求）

歐洲議會(huì)和理事會(huì)條例(EU)No 1169/2011,，關(guān)于向消費(fèi)者提供食品信息,，修訂歐洲議會(huì)和理事會(huì)條例(EC)No 1924/2006和(EC)No 1925/2006，并廢除委員會(huì)指令87/250/EEC,、理事會(huì)指令90/496/EEC,、委員會(huì)指令1999/10/EC、歐洲議會(huì)和理事會(huì)指令2000/13/EC,、委員會(huì)指令2002/67/EC和2008/5/EC以及委員會(huì)條例(EC)No 608/2004
